What you submit
ByteLo collects the app, feedback type, and message you submit through this website. Name, reply email, app version, and device details are optional. No account is required. This notice covers the website form; in-app email feedback is covered by each app’s privacy policy.
Storage and use
Your submission is stored in ByteLo’s Supabase PostgreSQL database, currently hosted in Singapore. ByteLo uses it to investigate issues, improve products, and respond when you provide an email address. Feedback records are not publicly accessible. Cloudflare processes requests to host the website and its submission endpoint.
Spam prevention
The server uses your IP address to derive a salted security identifier that rotates daily and limits repeated submissions. The raw IP address is not stored in the feedback table. Temporary rate-limit records are cleaned up during later submissions. Hosting providers may process technical request information under their own policies.
Retention and your choices
Feedback is retained while needed for review, support, and product improvement. You can omit the optional fields or choose not to submit. To request deletion, email bytelo.dev@gmail.com and include your submission reference. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive financial information.
