By using Eat What?, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What the app provides
Eat What? provides restaurant discovery, filtering, mapping, saved places and random selection tools. Results are suggestions only and do not form a recommendation, booking, guarantee or endorsement.
Age eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Eat What?. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app with permission from your parent or legal guardian.
Third-party information and services
Restaurant names, ratings, reviews, prices, opening hours, map data and directions come from third parties. They may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Confirm important information, including opening hours, prices, allergens and dietary suitability, directly with the restaurant before visiting or ordering.
Safe and lawful use
You must use the app lawfully and must not interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, misuse provider data, or use the app while driving in a way that distracts you. Map and location results are not a substitute for attention to road conditions and official directions.
Availability and changes
Features may change, become unavailable or be discontinued. Access may depend on your internet connection, device permissions and third-party services. No guarantee is made that the app will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Intellectual property
Eat What?, its original interface and branding belong to ByteLo. Restaurant, map, review and provider content remains the property of its respective owner and is subject to provider terms.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties. ByteLo is not liable for decisions, losses, injuries or damages arising from restaurant information, third-party services or use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
